Irctc , Indial Railway site overloaded ……… !!!

Ooh my god !!! This is the festival season ………. heavy rush on Railway reservation counter , irctc ,indian railway sites and ofcourse on agents office. I was planning to book ticket from Bangalore to Delhi on Diwali …… I tried everything …..rose early at 2 AM ,went to Railway reservation counter at BDA complex Jai nagar……..found 16 ppl ahead in queue,which already arrived at 8 PM with their beddings …….. 😦

Then tried for an agent …… even agent is not able to login the IRCTC webpage…….. spoke one of my friend who is an engineer in railways…all was vain ……………Talked to my relative who is MLA for finding some special quota ….havnt worked !!!

Last option change the origin station……… decide chennai , mysore,hyderabad ………….sab jagah vahi halat 😦

Then rethink for Flight ……….. got an SMS from that air fair is reduced …….. 🙂 But the things are not so simple ………….ticket fare have been increased by 40 % ………..!!!

Bahut bura fasa hu bhahiya ……….ka kare,ghar bhi jana ………..Ab to Ram Ban hi chalana padega 🙂

Hum sab ka sathi general ka dibba 🙂 chalo bhahiya …Garib rath ke aam aadmi ban jao ……..!!!

  1. Today irctc site is really so overloaded that even it is not opening.This is reallly a pity & hard on the part of irctc to maintain the site.It is regularly giving that the service unavailable.
    Lastly I had to visit the PRS counter where there was a crowded people with three four forms in each hand.
    After one hour of wait atlast I got them.

  2. Sir, this is very nice service provided by IRCTC , this site is getting congested day by day, so something should be done , so that reservation can be done easily through site. I hope some positive step would be taken, because nobody have much of extra time to stand in queue.Rather Rs 25/- doesn’t matter if nice service is provided. Thanks.

    Thanks for posting such a great information on India railways, but I think the main issue with IRCTC is the REFUND.
    The refund policy is very bad, it may take more then 3-4 months even after many followups via emails and even send a written complaint to the GM of Indian Railways.. This is the only drawback, our Govt. should take some action and improve the refund policy so that customer do not face at least refund problem.

  4. ferozepur ka railway department bahut kaamchor hai, logon ke laakh kehne par bhi rly quarters mein white wash nahi karwai jati, rly quarters ki haalat itni kharaab hai ki rehne ko dil nahi karta, colony to slum area se bhi gayi guzari hai, yeh sab problem kamchor railway contractors or workers ki wajah se hai, jo railway ka paisa khud kha jate hain aur rly ka kaam nahi karte, inme se om prakash nagpal jo d.r.m. office ferozepur mein kaam karta ha sabse bada rishwat khor hai, ferozepur railway murdabad, gm sir ko chahiye ki jab bhi wo fzr aye to rly colony no.2 ka daura jaroor karke jayein, taaki unhe bhi pata chale railway ke rang
